Word of Life Fellowship WORD OF LIFE (WOL) began in 1940 when Jack Wyrtzen saw the need to reach out to young people with the Gospel through a radio programme called "Word of Life Hour". Today, WORD OF LIFE is impacting local churches, families and young people in 67 countries through various means consistent with the Holy Scriptures to build and strengthen the Church of Jesus Christ. |

My boys started going to
Exmouth Chapel in 2009. We started attending and were introduced
to the Lord. Frank & Jack were given the opportunity to go to a
camp!… which turned out to be Word of Life. What a turning
point!
WOL really got them in
touch with God.
Pete has since come to the Lord through the
boys and their experiences.
The boys have had their second year
at Word of Life, and can't wait for a third. Anne & Pete Mitchell |

In 1946, Jack Wyrtzen made the first of many trips to England, Scotland
and Wales holding evangelistic events, and as a result many people came
to know Christ as their personal Saviour. The first residential staff arrived in the UK in 1980 and began impacting families and young people. Thus WORD OF LIFE United Kingdom (WOLUK) was born. |
